Join us as we serve others together by showing God's love in practical ways. Simple acts of personal kindness can open hearts to the love of Jesus— for both those being served and those serving.

TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Bread of Life provides food and hot meals for the homeless and vulnerable population in downtown Houston. Volunteers will be helping to handout food and household necessities at their bimonthly distribution. 

Location: Downtown Houston

Volunteers must be age 14+

Miracle Farm is a one-of-a-kind ranch that helps struggling young men experience healing, earn an education, and learn respect. Volunteers will be working on campus projects including gardening, fence repair, and upkeep.

Location: Brenham

Families are welcome! Some physical labor is required. 

Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center helps save and sustain lives by providing a safe supply of blood to our community. Every unit of blood donated can save up to 3 lives. 

Location: Community of Faith 

Eligible blood donors are welcome.

Mission of Yahweh is a shelter for women and children experiencing homelessness. They provide safety, job training, and case management to get families back on their feet. Volunteers will be assembling housewarming baskets to gift to women who are exiting the program and are ready to move into their own homes.

Anyone is welcome to serve!

Neighborhood outreach is our way to get to know and serve our local neighbors. Together with other volunteers, teams will spread out and walk area neighborhoods, praying for God’s blessings and protection over the households and families that live there.

Boys and Girls Country is a licensed residential home for children. They  address a child’s well-being, helping to break the cycle of poverty for the  children by providing a secure, stable, Christian home environment with an emphasis on education, building healthy relationships, and setting goals for the future. Volunteers will be helping to garden and spruce up the campus.

Housewarming basket supply donations

Want to help do more? We will be collecting donations for our Mission of Yahweh housewarming baskets every weekend in the COF lobby leading up to For Our City Weekend. You can help by dropping off these NEW and UNUSED items:

    -kitchen cookware (pots, pans, bakeware, utensils)

    -dinnerware (plates, cups, silverware)

    -household cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry detergent, cleaners)

    -Bath towels & mats

Can’t join us on Saturday?

The Landing is a drop in center for survivors of the sex trafficking industry. They provide a safe place for women to get help, set goals, and dream of new futures - all fueled by the love of Christ.  On SUNDAY, volunteers will be assembling survivor snack bags to be used on street outreaches and in the center.
